I started 315 Beauty Bar in 2019 with one dream: to build a salon that wasn’t just about hair, but about people, growth, and possibility. From that first location at the Inner Harbor, I quickly realized this wasn’t going to be “just one salon” — it was going to be a community, a team, and a place where talented artists could feel supported, trusted, and inspired every single day.
 

I love every part of running a business — the planning, the numbers, the renovations, the leadership, the problem-solving — but I’ll be honest: I also love the chaos that comes with it. Balancing salon life with raising three little humans keeps me grounded, humble, and fueled to keep building. Growth isn’t just about revenue; it’s about creating a space where people can thrive — whether they’re clients, team members, or fellow entrepreneurs.
 

Education and mentorship are my passion. I love helping stylists grow behind the chair, unlock their earning potential, and take bold steps toward entrepreneurship. I want every stylist to know that there’s room for more: more freedom, more confidence, more opportunities, and more of what lights them up.

Hi, I’m Dani! I’m your go-to hype girl, your hair bestie, and probably the one saying “bet” when you tell me what you want — because I’m always down to make it happen.
 

I got into this industry because I love people, I love connection, and I love helping others feel confident and seen — whether that’s my clients in the chair or the stylists on my team. I’m a big believer in lifting others up, mentoring new stylists, and creating a positive, motivating space where everyone can grow and win together.
 

Behind the chair, I’m all about blowouts, blonding, and balayage (the triple B — my forever favorites), but I’m always excited to learn, try new things, and level up my craft. My goal is for you to leave feeling beautiful, empowered, and just a little extra obsessed with your hair.
 

When I’m not at the salon, I’m probably listening to Sabrina Carpenter on repeat, hanging with my husky Max (who I am fully obsessed with), or out having a good time with friends. I bring good energy, lots of laughs, and serious heart into everything I do — and I can’t wait to have you in my chair.

Hi, I’m Tiff! Beauty, fashion, and great hair have always been part of my world — it all started growing up in NYC, where I fell in love with style, creativity, and the way a great look can completely change how you feel.

I specialize in brunettes, long hair, layered cuts, and extensions — basically anything that adds movement, dimension, and that effortless “put-together” look. I’m all about creating hair that feels elevated but still very you. My goal is always the same: for you to leave feeling confident, beautiful, and like your best self.
 

I love what I do, I love my clients (especially my longtime ladies — they truly have my heart ), and I love creating a space where you can relax, laugh, and just enjoy being taken care of. You’ll always have a good time in my chair.

I'm Kaylee, your lash-and-brow-bestie who's all about making you feel fabulous with just a little bit of glam! My love for all things beauty started in cosmetology school, where I found my calling in lashes and brows - because honestly, who doesn't love waking up feeling like a queen?

Whether you want a flirty lash flutter or brows that say "I woke up like this," I've got you. Every set of lashes I do is customized to your unique vibe, face shape, and eye sparkle. My goal? When I'm not at the salon you can find me on my yoga mat, finding balance and recharging, or outside soaking up life with my two amazing daughters. I'm all about good energy, meaningful connections, and creating beauty from the inside out.
