315 Beauty Bar, located at the Inner Harbor was established as the flagship salon in 2019. Here, you will find a fully staffed salon with a culture of beautifully talented, supportive and trustworthy artists. Soon after the doors opened here, Amanda knew this wasn't going to be it; whatever that meant. She loves every facet of business ownership. From the financials, construction, crunching numbers, planning and being a leader. She has a natural desire to focus on growth and improvements.  In 2022, the second and third salon locations were established in the heart of beautiful Armory Square. The first floor is home to 315 Beauty Bar Downtown and the second floor, 315 Beauty Bar Suites. It is the first of its kinda in the area, blending all facets of the industry. She is on a mission to educate and support growth, from new industry professionals just starting their career, to those looking to venture into entrepreneurship. Whether it be growing your book, renting a chair, a suite, or starting your own salon, let her show you how to maximize your potential. 

After graduating from LeMoyne in 2021, Dani enrolled immediately into the cosmetology program at OCM BOCES to further her education. Throughout her career, she has always been passionate about working with people and boosting their confidence. As a newer stylist, Dani is dedicated to making you look and feel beautiful. Blonding, balayages and blowouts are Danielle’s favorite things to do (consider this the "TRIPLE B"!) but she’s always up for a new challenge. Trust us when we say, with Dani as your stylist, you will have nothing short of a fun time!

NYC is where it all started for Tiffany. The fashion Mecca of the US, beauty was inspiring her from the start since this is where she grew up! When Tiffany moved to Syracuse during the last of her high school years, she decided to enroll in the cosmetology program. Since graduating, Tiffany is passionate about perfecting her work as she continues to learn and grow in the industry. Her goal is to make you feel as confident and beautiful as ever! Tiffany is THE perm queen as she loves creating textured curls for the flat haired girls out there! (She even gets them herself!) See her for your weekly blowouts too! You’ll for sure have a blast in her chair.
